영어공부-영작(1)-이케아에 환불 요청 메일을 보내보자(Ikea refund claim mail)

몇달 전부터 셀핍(CELPIP)을 위한 튜터를 받고있습니다. (캐나다 영주권을 따려면 영어점수가 필요하니까요 ㅎㅎ)

셀핍은 보통 쓰기, 말하기, 읽기, 듣기 요런 4가지 구성으로 되어있는데,

제가 오늘 올릴껀 쓰기 파트 연습입니다.

보통 글을 쓰고 구글에 공유하면 첨삭을 해주시는데 이건 첨삭 후 입니다 :)

연말 시험을 목표로 하고있어서 아직 몇달 남았지만 꾸준히 해서 원하는 점수 나오면 좋겠네요 ㅠㅠ

Dear IKEA customer service center,

I bought My kitchen storage at IKEA last month. I have some problem with that. Because its paint smell still doesn’t disappear. I have no idea what you painted at there. But every time when I open this drawer, the paint smell makes me get headache. Even it is stuck my house wall. So I can’t move it out. I couldn’t solve this problem. I feel my dermatitis came back to me because of the paint smell. It is serious.  

And this storage has inside scratches. It is from first time when I bought. I thought, I was fine with this. Because, It didn’t bother me when I use this furniture. But now it is very ugly. First time when I saw this, I thought it was nice and definitely fit my kitchen. But now Even the color doesn’t fit my kitchen. I want to get refund this.    

Can I get a refund about assembly fee and delivery fee for this storage? If yes I want to get it also. This storage is awful. Other Ikea furniture was great and doesn’t smell like that. It is suffering me. When I get a refund, I’ll buy another storage in your store.

This is not my problem. Because, the smell and scratches are not my fault.

In addition, my TV bench is twisted and broken. I bought that were written TV bench at last year. It doesn’t make sense. Because I put only a TV on that. Now even their doors doesn’t close well. I thinks, It could be a bad product.  

Or, it is a problem who came for furniture assembly staff rainbow hair.  He looked like doing rough. So I nervous little bit. But I believed him, because I thought he is expert.

My furniture is shaking. I put down my TV on a floor. My room is mess. Please refund or fix it.
